Il corso vuole fornire agli allievi degli strumenti condivisi atti a ridurre le situazioni di aggressione e/o violenza da parte di pazienti ed accompagnatori, e per prevenire e ridurre gli atti di violenza a danno degli operatori sanitari.
> Attestato formazione di base in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro.
> Conoscenza della lingua italiana.
Attestato di frequenza valido per gli usi consentiti dalla legge inviato in formato elettronico rilasciato da GSA Academy al termine delle 8 ore di formazione.
Basato sulle raccomandazioni emanate nel 2007 dal Ministero della Salute, per prevenire e ridurre gli atti di violenza
