MODULO I NORMATIVO-GIURIDICO (8 ORE) Il sistema legislativo in materia di sicurezza dei lavoratori; La responsabilità civile e penale e la tutela assicurativa; Ex D.Lgs. n. 231/2001; Il sistema istituzionale della prevenzione; I soggetti del sistema di prevenzione aziendale secondo il D.Lgs. 81/08. MODULO II GESTIONALE (8 ORE) Gestione ed organizzazione della sicurezza; Valutazione dei rischi; infortuni mancati; DVR; Obblighi connessi ai contratti di appalto/opera/somministrazione; DUVRI; Documentazione tecnico amministrativa; Prevenzione incendi, primo soccorso e gestione emergenze. MODULO III TECNICO (8 ORE) Rischio stress lavoro-correlato; Rischi ricollegabili a genere, età e provenienza da altri paesi; DPI; Sorveglianza sanitaria; MMC; Valutazione dei rischi: norma UNI ISO 11228-1 e metodo NIOSH; Rischio derivante da operaz. di traino ‘ spinta: norma UNI ISO 11228-2. MODULO IV RELAZIONI E COMUNICAZIONE (8 ORE) Il sistema delle relazioni e della comunicazione; Gestione della comunicazione: metodi, tecniche e strumenti; Gestione degli incontri di lavoro e della riunione periodica; Negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni sindacali. MODULO V STRESS LAVORO CORRELATO (8 ORE) Le fasi del percorso per la valutazione dello Stress Lavoro Correlato; Percorso, strumenti, indicatori aziendali; L’analisi del contenuto del lavoro e della soggettività; DVR e valutazione del rischio stress; Misure di prevenzione e protezione.
